RAW VEGAN GUILT FREE DESSERTS

How about eat sweets and nourish body at the same time?

It is possible with raw vegan desserts. They are made from natural ingredients  and they are unbaked. This way they maintain vitamins, enzymes and minerals.

Try it yourself.

HOW IT BEGAN.

I love sweet all my life. I could eat few slices of cake at once. But combination of sugar, fat and another ingredients didn't nourish my body at all. It was compensation of my lack of energy. I didn't know how to at all, what my body needs and I did not like vegetables as well. There was on daily base fried cheese, fries etc. When I was about 16 I had anemia, was tired all the time, pale and drink 5 coffees and smoked pack of cigarettes at the same time.

I remember as a child, I was full of energy, discovering the world. I realized I did not want to live so tired anymore. I wanted my energy back. Through years I have learnt about healthy food, took cooking classes, and it became my passion. About 8 years ago, I tried raw food for the first time, and I was amazed how especially raw desserts taste. At that moment I knew that this is it. Something like miracle, when I discovered, that I can eat desserts and at the same time nourish my body. And taste of dessert was unbelievable. And at that moment everything have started..I tried to follow so many recipes and in the end I started make my own.

My first cake is called KARAWBA..because I didn't have enough ingredients to follow recipe, I created cake from  ingredients what I had at that time. My friend tried and told that is the best cake what I made so far. So basically from that moment on I have started to create my own recipes.

I connected my passion for business and sweets and few years have been building brand Culiraw in New York. Many years unforgettable memories and experiences, many new friends. I am so grateful for this opportunity, for help from others, who have believed in my dreams and desserts. For that if you really want something, there is nothing what can stop you. Almost 4 years in America, illegal, without family, but still I was able to do what I love to do and sell desserts.

However you never know what moments life will bring you but sometimes it requires courage a faith to leave everything behind you, start from beginning, if it is something what your heart is telling you. One door will close, other will open. What important is, to never stop believe in your dreams.

So here I am, starting from beginning with KARAWBA..desserts which are beneficial to your body and health. If we are healthy, we have energy, then we have energy also to do things what we love to do, make our dreams come true, be happy.

With Love,

Katerina
